Your team can configure the standard Noma workspace without hiring an IT specialist, and there is no additional service fee for doing so. CreateGo setup is optional for organisations that want us to translate requirements into a ready-to-use configuration. The final cost depends on the number of workflows, forms, roles, languages, reports and validation rounds.

Your organisation controls the server and the data

CreateGo can prepare a custom deployment in which your organisation retains exclusive control of the infrastructure and data access. We establish an update workflow so CreateGo can provide new release packages while your authorised administrator applies an update in one controlled action. We also configure backups and a tested restore procedure so an earlier recoverable version can be restored if an incident occurs. Infrastructure, integration and special security requirements are scoped separately, and server or third-party hosting costs are not included.

What is included in the $19 monthly price?+

One Noma workspace, the first named user and access to the standard platform capabilities listed above. Optional CreateGo implementation services are separate.

Who counts as an additional user?+

Any additional named account counts as a user, including case workers, supervisors, managers, reporting colleagues, administrators and approved staff from partner organisations.

Does an external user see all our information?+

No. External and internal accounts can receive different permissions. Access can be restricted according to role, assignment, form section and field.

Do we need an IT specialist to configure Noma?+

No. The standard hosted platform is designed so an authorised administrator can configure forms, workflows, roles and lists. CreateGo setup is available when you want implementation support.

Are import and custom setup mandatory?+

No. Your team can configure Noma and use supported import tools without paying for CreateGo services. The listed service prices apply only when you ask us to complete that work.

What is separate from the self-hosting fee?+

Server infrastructure, third-party hosting, unusual integrations and organisation-specific security requirements are reviewed during scoping and are not included in the starting deployment price.
